What You'll Do: - Engage in a 26-week partnership with a successful freight broker to deepen your understanding of the business
- Make calls and cultivate relationships to build your client base
- Secure new business and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Oversee daily shipments and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain proactive and honest communication, both internally and externally
