JOB OVERVIEW: The Entry-Level Sales Representative is a dynamic role designed for individuals eager to kickstart their career in sales. You will be trained alongside experienced professionals, allowing you to learn the ropes of prospecting new accounts while managing existing customer relationships. This position requires you to be mobile, traveling within the assigned territory.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE: The 3rd Annual Associate Program begins between June 1st and August 1st, where you will collaborate with cohorts from previous years and receive extensive mentorship. Starting salaries range from $60,000 to $65,000, with potential bonuses up to 15%. After two years, successful participants will be promoted and gain full responsibility for their own sales territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify and prospect potential new accounts.
- Understand product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support.
- Visit job sites to enhance your understanding and support installations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with dealers and end users.
- Organize distributor demonstration events.
- Utilize for managing activities and tracking progress.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: - One to two years of relevant sales or construction experience is ideal, though a bachelor's degree may substitute.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
