Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our existing client base
  • Identify and attract new clients to grow our business
  • Assist clients in understanding our insurance products and providing coverage.
  • Guide and assess team performance and overall efficiency
  • Mentor new employees and promote personal development
  • Track daily tasks and sales performance metrics through our Salesforce CRM
  • Focus on enhancing client management skills and your leadership capabilities each day

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with team management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • English is essential, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently
