Compensation: Enjoy weekly pay with a first-year average earning potential of $70,000-$85,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B).
  • Oversee team performance and offer essential guidance.
  • Mentor and train new team members on company systems and processes.
  • Utilize a Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activities.
  • Engage in recruiting, training, and leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines in a high-energy environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Passionate about relationship-building and community outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a clean background check and have reliable transportation. There is a 45-day evaluation period before discussing advancement opportunities.
