As a Sales Development Representative, you would be responsible for providing sales, marketing, and customer service experience intended to improve our client's profitability. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others and want to gain experience in marketing and sales.
Responsibilities Include:
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
- Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
- Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and sales interactions
- Acquiring new customers
- Act as the main point of contact for customer relations
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
- Goal-oriented with a student mentality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
- Availability to work flexible shifts
