We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in the 200B staffing industry. Your focus will be B2B technical sales and selling technical staffing and services to Fortune 500 companies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to start their career in B2B sales and gain hands-on experience with some of the world's best-known companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, emailing, texting, and networking
  • Set meetings with Managers, Directors, and C-level executives
  • Generate leads and ask for referrals
  • Build rapport and relationships with external clients through face-to-face networking and sales meetings
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales development programs
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate rates using industry knowledge and market research
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls and engaging with customers
  • Basic computer skills
