college graduates to jump-start their careers in the IT staffing industry.
Through the Acadomi, starting September 2nd, we are growing our organization and providing hands-on training,
mentorships, and growth opportunities within our company. Recent Graduate candidates will
work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation for the IT
industry, from best recruiting practices to account management. After completing the
program, you will hit the market in Dallas.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting
- Work closely with Team Leads to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates
- Gain experience in cold calling, interacting, and prospecting for new business
- Gain a foundation for Optomi's recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role
What does an Account Executive do for Optomi?
- Connect with clients/companies in the market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.
- Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is and how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs
- Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
- Maintain and constantly develop your book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 0 years of professional experience - Training provided.

- The ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with our customers and consultants
