In this exciting full-time position, you'll have the opportunity to work onsite while maintaining a hybrid work schedule through an approved telework agreement. You'll need to be present at the customer site for a minimum of 3 days each week, aligning your hours with our standard business hours of . Primary Responsibilities - Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordinating meetings (both in-person and virtual), drafting meeting agendas, taking notes, and distributing after-action reports.
- Manage calendars and maintain action item trackers for senior leadership, ensuring effective communication with internal and external teams to facilitate policy implementation.
- Support team initiatives, department meetings, and organizational events.
- Review and suggest enhancements to existing SOPs and documentation.
- Compile reports and metrics, organize weekly and monthly meetings, and handle paperwork through electronic approval systems.
- Maintain guidelines for scientific investigators, product lists, and technology transfer regulations.
- Ensure compliance with the command's document review and agreement approval processes.

Basic Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, psychology, or a related health field.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing technical and scientific documents.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail; a self-starter with motivation and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat; familiar with virtual meeting platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.
- US Citizenship is required along with the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Navy medical research and development activities and familiarity with government and military operations.
- Experience with security clearance or a completed government background check is beneficial.
