We are currently seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented individual to join our customer service team. This is a seasonal to possible full-time position. Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly and driven individual who likes to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with our clients about our many products and services.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Handling customer order related questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Recommends products that will meet customers' needs
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintaining current knowledge of products offered
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
