Job title: Entry Level Operator

The role:

As an Operator, you will help drive our goals by:
  • Supporting the operations team in the skilled execution of operator activities and adhering to the production schedule to ensure the on-time delivery of quality product
  • Completing all necessary batch sheets and handovers to ensure continuous production
  • Making suggestions for process improvements within area of responsibility
  • Carrying out tasks and duties as directed by the Production Lead that will contribute to the levels of performance and competence required
  • Reporting incidents, near-misses, unsafe conditions and sources of error promptly

  • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Have a positive 'can do, will do' attitude
  • Organised and disciplined

Due to the nature of this role applicants must be non-smokers and have been free from nicotine products for at least 3 months

This role is a 12-hour day and night shifts position, including weekends and bank holidays on a 2s and 3s shift pattern.
