We specialize in commercial and residential ground up and retail projects. We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. As an Entry-Level MEP/FP Project Engineer, you will work closely with Project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, quality control, progress tracking
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Help resolve issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Support client communications to ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical or electrical is a plus). Most importantly a willing to learn and grow
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • No prior project management experience required, but internships or coursework in construction and/or hands on construction is a plus.
