As an Entry Level Manager Trainee, you will participate in a structured program designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of our door-to-door operations, sales strategies, and leadership principles within the context of our innovative Door-to-Door campaign for Frontier Communications in Houston. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in a comprehensive training program covering door-to-door sales methodologies, team leadership in a field environment, customer relationship management in direct interactions, and business strategy specific to the D2D campaign.
- Rotate through different functional areas within the Houston D2D team, including field sales observation, team leadership shadowing, customer support coordination, and campaign logistics.
