As a whole, our goal for the Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, sales, direct marketing, and customer service. Our company offers the opportunity to grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position.
General Responsibilities of the Management Trainee:
- Attend sales account meetings and follow up on customer inquiries to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions
- Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach
- Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships
- Track market and campaign sales performance and reviewing data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing of the company's new hires
Basic Qualifications of the Management Trainee:
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- A strong desire to grow accompanied by natural leadership abilities
- The ability to problem solve and think strategically in a fast-paced environment
- An associate degree or some college experience (preferred but not required)
- The ability to work full-time to fast-track your training into a management role
