Responsibilities of an Entry Level Management Trainee:
- Oversee the sales team to ensure growth of the department
- Source new leads and secure business through proactive approaches i.e. face to face meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist the sales team by developing strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction
