As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will embark on a structured program designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical experience necessary to excel in future management roles within our company. The Entry Level Management Trainee role starts off at the entry level and primarily has a focus on customer service, sales, and working with businesses to manage their service accounts. The Entry Level Management Trainee will gain exposure to various aspects of our operations to develop your leadership abilities, and play a vital role in driving our success as a telecommunications company.


Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Trainee:

  • Participate in comprehensive training covering leadership principles, communication strategies, team management techniques, and product and service knowledge
  • Engage with customers to understand what they are looking for in a service to find the best solution for them
  • Learn how to process sales orders and create sales strategies to increase production and products
  • Provide support to management teams with daily operational tasks, including sales data, reporting, and anything else that would be necessary to improve the sales processes
  • Understand all product and service offerings to assist all businesses and train other Entry Level Management Trainees in the future
  • Comply to company policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to our operations in San Diego.
