Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Trainee

  • Participate in a structured, comprehensive training program covering direct customer acquisition, sales strategies, client relations, and team leadership.

  • Learn to effectively engage potential customers face-to-face, presenting TrueConnect's free and affordable mobile and internet services with clarity and persuasion.

  • Expertly manage the entire customer enrollment process, verifying eligibility for Lifeline and ACP government assistance programs and submitting applications accurately.

  • Shadow and support experienced managers in daily operations, including campaign execution, performance tracking, and problem-solving.

  • Develop coaching and mentorship skills by assisting in the training and development of new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, optimize strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the implementation of field marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and community outreach goals are met.

  • Assist in managing administrative tasks related to campaign performance, reporting, and team coordination.

  • Represent Olympus Solutions Inc. and the TrueConnect brand with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service.




Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Management Trainee
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.

  • A year of experience in a customer service, sales, retail, or other client-facing role, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Exceptional leadership potential with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a strong desire for professional growth and advancement.

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and inspire confidence in others.

  • High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic direct marketing environment, coupled with a strong student mentality and eagerness to learn.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Bakersfield metropolitan area to various campaign and client engagement locations.

  • Basic proficiency with productivity software and a willingness to quickly learn CRM and other operational systems.
