Principal Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base
  • Identify and onboard new clients into our growing portfolio
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of team activities
  • Provide necessary training and assistance to new staff members
  • Record daily activities and outcomes using our Salesforce CRM
  • Stay focused on enhancing client management and leadership development

  • Excellent organization skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong time management skills with a history of meeting deadlines
  • Proven leadership experience and supervisory capabilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and delegation skills
  • Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
  • A genuine passion for helping others and relationship building
  • Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals
  • Willingness to engage in community activities
