As a Legal Telesales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in growing our firm by engaging prospective clients who served our country while in the Navy, delivering exceptional service, and driving success. This isn't just a job-it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.



Key Responsibilities


• Client Outreach: Proactively engage with prospective clients over the phone to discuss their needs and explain our legal services.



• Lead Management: Manage and follow up on incoming leads, ensuring timely communication and thorough documentation.



• Client Intake: Oversee the intake process for new clients, ensuring accurate documentation and gathering all required information.



• Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with clients, fostering trust and understanding to ensure a positive experience.



• Sales Pipeline: Maintain and update the sales pipeline and tracking progress.



• Client Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest, providing additional information and addressing concerns.



• Documentation Assistance: Work with prospective clients to collect required documentation for their case, ensuring all materials are accurate and submitted on time.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.

Preferred:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Physical Requirements


• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.


• Ability to use a headset or phone for extended periods.



Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 annually.


Commission Structure:

  • Up to $20,000 per marketing cycle for reaching conversion percentage and goal.
  • Lucrative Incentive Bonuses: $100 per qualifying required documentation from prospective clients in a timely manner.
  • Bonuses received monthly and annually.
