Job Description: We are looking for two entry-level IT Technicians to support a PC Refresh Project for a Healthcare Agency in Oakland, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in IT hardware, software installations, and troubleshooting. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not mandatory, but a passion for technology and willingness to learn is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with PC refresh and deployment, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Install and update operating systems, software, and drivers.

• Perform hardware replacements and upgrades as needed.

• Provide basic troubleshooting support for end-users.

• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets.

• Work collaboratively with senior technicians to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to lift and move computer equipment when needed.

• Previous experience in IT support or a related field is a plus but not required.
