The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of CNC equipment. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site
- Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers
- Complete on-site system audits and evaluations
- Practice and adhere to all safety and training
- Relay information between the Customer and 21stCMT Support Staff.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to upload Service data into Salesforce
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to travel with reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a team setting
