What Your Day Will Look Like:

Each day, you will play a key role in keeping our executive team running efficiently. As an Entry-Level Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:
  • Manage the President's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate travel plans, book flights and hotels, and create detailed itineraries
  • Support customer service and direct-to-consumer operations by assisting with orders, sample shipments, and inquiries
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, screening messages and responding when appropriate
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
  • Maintain corporate records and assist internal committees
  • Keep things organized and running smoothly by problem-solving and multitasking daily
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, including document control and spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
