Job Description Are you a motivated individual with a passion for events and a desire to grow in a dynamic industry? We are seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to join our team and help execute a variety of exciting projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced event professionals as you learn the ins and outs of event planning and management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to execution.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to arrange logistics and ensure event details are accurately implemented.
- Help manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure they align with client expectations.
- Support the development of marketing materials and promotional content for events.
- Participate in on-site event execution to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Gather feedback post-event to assess the effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
