As an Event Assistant, you will play a critical role in the
planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing events. From setting up displays to interacting with customers, you'll be the face of our clients' brands and help create engaging, high-energy experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing promotional events
- Maintain a positive public image through face-to-face customer interactions
- Support brand awareness efforts across local markets and venues
- Help manage and distribute marketing materials, signage, and event displays
- Build rapport and relationships with new and returning customers
- Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with internal teams
- Deliver on-site customer support, answering questions and providing product information
Qualifications - Outgoing, approachable personality with a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys working with people in face-to-face settings
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule (30+ hours per week)
- Willing and able to travel locally to event locations
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or event marketing is a plus-but not required
- Open to learning and growing in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
