Position Overview: As an
Event Assistant, you'll be on the front lines of our live marketing efforts-helping plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact promotional events. From setting up displays to engaging with customers, you'll represent top-tier brands and contribute to memorable, high-energy experiences.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning, organizing, and executing local promotional events
- Interact with customers face-to-face to deliver a positive brand experience
- Help build brand awareness through direct outreach at various venues
- Manage and distribute marketing materials, signage, and event setups
- Build rapport with new and returning customers
- Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with internal marketing teams
- Provide on-site customer support and product knowledge as needed
Qualifications: - Outgoing and personable with a professional, upbeat attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in face-to-face customer service settings
- Available for a full-time schedule and local travel to events
- Open to training and growing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or event marketing is a plus, but not required
