Essential qualifications for the Enrollment Representative position include:

As an Enrollment Representative, one will be responsible for the following duties:

Following up with community members.

Becoming proficient in our enrollment system for the Federal Lifeline Program.

Presenting relevant accessory upgrades to participants.

Understanding the Federal Lifeline Program's aims and our partnership.

Accurately recording participant data and daily community engagements.

Working with fellow Enrollment Representatives to achieve company goals.
