About the Company
Our client is looking for an entry level Engineering Designer to join the team. This is an onsite role for a national Electrical Engineering firm and works 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with the option of working half day Fridays. There is full training provided on processes and the software utilized. This is an entry level role with room to grow within the company.
The role focuses on designing work orders for power distribution projects supporting large and small energy companies and clients.
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree OR proven experience with CAD/GIS/design
Required Skills
- Ability to work onsite, has reliable transportation
- Ability to learn new software
Preferred Skills
- Competed AS or BS degree in Engineering, Technology, Construction, etc
- Interest or background in utilities, telecom, commercial wiring or power space
