Incentives: - Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm, rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm, closed on Sundays.

Requirements: - Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work full-time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Collections experience is preferred
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Consumer credit check
- Drug screening
Primary Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service
- Process loans effectively
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Conduct collection calls
