We're hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support live events, promotions, and brand campaigns for our mission-driven clients. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and retail activations
  • Provide friendly, helpful, and informed customer support at public-facing events
  • Engage with attendees to answer questions, deliver brand messaging, and resolve concerns
  • Collect feedback, support data tracking, and contribute to post-event reporting
  • Help maintain event materials, inventory, and scheduling logistics
  • Support the team with basic administrative tasks and customer documentation
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth customer experiences and campaign success
Who You Are:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in communications or business is a plus.)
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with the public
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
  • Able to thrive in busy, high-energy environments
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Background in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is helpful-but not required.
