Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service at live events by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about marketing campaigns
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and customer registration, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site
- Support the marketing team in promoting upcoming events and engaging prospective attendees
- Maintain organized customer records and collect feedback to improve service quality
- Communicate with customers via multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, or chat) with a friendly and solution-focused approach
- Collaborate with the event marketing team to meet campaign goals and enhance the attendee experience
