We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing event marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at live events by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about marketing campaigns

  • Assist with event setup, logistics, and customer registration, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site
  • Support the marketing team in promoting upcoming events and engaging prospective attendees
  • Maintain organized customer records and collect feedback to improve service quality

  • Collaborate with the event marketing team to meet campaign goals and enhance the attendee experience
Qualifications:
