In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge to help customers navigate their financial decisions effectively. This role serves as a launching pad for a rewarding career, allowing you to assist clients in managing their 401k accounts, answering questions, facilitating withdrawals and loans, and providing educational resources.
What to Expect: - Participate in an intensive training cohort for the first 14 weeks, where you will start with foundational customer interactions and progress toward more complex related calls concerning our clients' 401k plans.
- Continue to develop your skills through hands-on customer support while having dedicated time for team activities and career coaching post-training.

- This is a full-time hourly position with flexible hours, including optional overtime based on business needs and your availability. No finance background is necessary for success in this role.

Shifts and Hours: Monday - Friday. Training hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM MST, and post-training, you must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM MST.

Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week during business days (Monday - Friday) in a Fidelity office.
