Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service & Community Outreach Representative:
- Assist consumers in qualifying and transitioning to Verizon products and services
- Deliver interactive presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to qualifying customers
- Habitually provide top-notch customer service to maintain brand loyalty and repeat business
- Acquire, retain, and continuously develop industry knowledge to enroll customers according to company standards and compliance guidelines
- Seamlessly integrate into communities to identify and secure new business opportunities
