About the Role: As an
Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, offering support, answering inquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist clients and customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about our services and handle general inquiries
- Maintain client records and update information in the system
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Process service requests and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support marketing and sales teams with customer-related insights
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms)
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
