Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $23 - $29 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

About the Role:
As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, offering support, answering inquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information about our services and handle general inquiries
  • Maintain client records and update information in the system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Process service requests and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support marketing and sales teams with customer-related insights
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms)
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
