Nexmos Design is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support our customer relations team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, helpful, and professional assistance. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our services, timelines, and processes
- Assist customers with order updates, billing questions, and general support
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain customer records and update the internal database
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Support administrative tasks as required by the department

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
