Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and ensuring a positive experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Pay Range: $1100 - $1250 weekly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when communicating with clients.
- Process customer requests efficiently via phone, email, and in person.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Learn and stay updated on company products and services to offer accurate assistance
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
- Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
