Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide product/service information to assist customers in making decisions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
