Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site - Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Description We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be trained to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting problems effectively.
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues or escalations.
  • Educate customers about company products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
