Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer-centric interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
