Description The Leidos Security and Engineering Programs (SEP) is excited to announce an opening for a Computer Support Analyst within the Center for Information Systems Security (CISS) program. The position requires flexibility in work hours to support our NOC operations in Chantilly, VA.

- Friday: 06:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
Primary Responsibilities: - Integrate new COTS/GOTS systems (network equipment, servers, workstations) into the production environment, ensuring mission readiness.
- Manage change controls and maintain documentation within a configuration management database (CMDB), implementing corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Develop technical solutions for complex user and system issues, consistently updating a knowledge database and ticketing system with these solutions.
- Analyze data from a DoD Network Monitoring System and proactively audit systems to meet program requirements, assessing risks and remediating incidents.
- After training on program-specific equipment, serve as an expert in your area of responsibility, analyzing issues, and making remediation recommendations to management.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with a High School diploma and 2 additional years of relevant experience will also be considered.
- Interim Top-Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain Final Top Secret clearance.
- Experience with Windows Server administration tools (WSUS, Group Policy, Active Directory, RDP).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022.
- Familiarity with GOTS/COTS applications installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with industrial computers and Dell systems installation and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in Tier 2 Help Desk support and some Tier 3 support (75% and 25% respectively).
- A proactive leader and team player with strong communication, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in ever-evolving technology environments.
Preferred Qualifications: - Lifecycle management experience (PC Imaging & Disposition).
- Knowledge of Network Monitoring tools (OpManager, Solarwinds, PRTG).
- Understanding of workstation and server RAID.
- Experience with virtualization solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure equipment (e.g., Tripplite or Eaton UPS), fiber and/or Ethernet installation/termination, and electronic testing equipment.
- Familiarity with ticket tracking systems (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNOW, SharePoint).
- Prior experience in a Network Operations Center environment.
- Troubleshooting experience with networking devices from Cisco, Palo Alto, and/or Juniper.

Pay Range: $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
