Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal accounting experience who are eager to grow in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data necessary for the preparation of daily customer invoices.
- Ensure invoice accuracy by verifying details against sales orders, customer agreements, and shipping documentation; make updates as required.
- Release orders for invoicing by lifting holds once the review process is complete.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to gather any missing information or documentation needed to finalize invoicing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- Internship or 0-1 year of accounting or finance experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
