Our eight divisions are engaged in the distribution of Bobcat , Komatsu , Hyster & Yale construction or material handling equipment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Early HRIS Administratorto join our Human Resources team. This hybrid role is critical in optimizing our HR operations through data analysis, system administration, process oversight, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing HR systems, analyzing workforce data, maintaining Power BI dashboards, and improving HR processes to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

$55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience (Base salary + Bonus)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, update, and administer the company's HRIS (Kronos), ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
  • Serve as the support point for HRIS-related issues, system updates, and integrations.
  • Ensure system compliance with internal controls, data governance policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Provide data for given HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decisions around workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Build, manage, and maintain regular and ad hoc reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Maintain automated dashboards to visualize key HR performance indicators.
  • Serve as go-to for regular and project-based reporting methods from HRIS as needed.
  • Oversee process of changing physical employee files to digital format.
  • Manage digital employee files, ensuring proper documentation, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Standardize and document HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
  • Monitor internal workflows to ensure timely completion of HR-related activities (onboarding, offboarding, status changes, etc.).
  • Support compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements through ongoing monitoring and documentation within the HRIS.
  • HR Administration of Berry Companies intranet platform maintaining accurate and updated employee information and status.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, such as HRIS implementations, policy rollouts, compensation reviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS administration, or a similar hybrid role, or proven track record of attention to detail and organization skills within the use of an HRIS.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Kronos experience a plus).
  • High-level proficiency Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and experience in, or high curiosity in learning Power BI capabilities. (We will train the right person with a strong desire and ability to learn).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong team player is a must.
  • Efficiency and curiosity - a strong desire to learn and investigate.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Power BI certification or advanced dashboard development experience.
  • Experience with HR project management and cross-functional collaboration
