In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, execution, and promotion of entrepreneurial mindset programming and experiences for students across all backgrounds, identities, and disciplines. Your strategic vision and unwavering commitment to student success will guide the Institute's diverse range of programs, including the Hatchery: Student Idea Accelerator, the Eureka. Position Number: S99040

This position is a Grade: 11 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $81,450-$99,080 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee all entrepreneurial mindset programs and student experiences.

• Establish goals, objectives, and key performance indicators for core and customized programs annually.

• Develop and lead immersive entrepreneurial mindset programs that address student needs.

• Design and deliver skill-based programming, including design thinking and other creativity and innovation models, and recruit guest experts as needed.

• Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of Bakery program participants, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment and programmatic impact.

• Manage the Baker Fellows Program.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and spending for the Baker Institute.

• Ensure the operational integrity and adherence to policies within the Institute.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Project Management or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Five to eight years of related work experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• A passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students.
