A well-established law firm is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a group of attorneys. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks and requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling confidential information. Prior experience in a law firm setting is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
- Draft and prepare agendas, schedules, and event materials.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and obtaining electronic signatures.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems and ensure accurate document storage.
- Prepare expense reports and submit client-related invoices in a timely manner.
- Enter attorney time entries into the billing system and assist with client invoicing.
- Draft and process client engagement letters and retainer agreements.
- Interact with clients and guests professionally via email, phone, and in person.
- Follow up on client communications and requests as needed.
- Support attorneys with required registrations and administrative filings.
- Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with legal billing and expense systems (such as Aderant and ChromeRiver) is a plus.
Compensation:
$70k - $90k depending on relevant experience.
