Enterprise Testing Architect - (Technical, Functional & Testing Project Management)

We at Clarium are looking for a dedicated, Enterprise Testing Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a natural aptitude for managing projects effectively.


As an Enterprise Testing Architect work closely with Testing Practice, Infrastructure, Risk, and Compliance areas to help review, adjust and enhance our existing framework to align with industry's best practices.

Enterprise Testing Architect, not to be confused with a test architect, is a senior role responsible for helping design the quality assurance functions within an organization. They will work with our product teams, standards teams and policy teams to ensure that we put proper standards into place to mitigate risk for services we will deliver for our external and internal customers.

This role will need to assess our existing landscape, identify gaps and areas for improvement, make recommendations and quantify the value of the changes proposed in order to compliance with industry standards and audit findings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Quality Standard Development and Implementation:

Create and enforce comprehensive quality standards, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry's best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze quality data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues, then generate reports for management.

  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Lead and champion quality improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce defects.

  • Compliance Management:

Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and standards, including documentation and recordkeeping.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with different departments like production, engineering, and customer service to identify and address quality concerns throughout the product lifecycle.


  • 12+ years as a Testing Strategist or Transformation Leader, with hands-on leadership in QA organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams including project managers and engineers across global delivery models.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex testing engagements in areas like Compliance, Risk, Quality Standards, Data Analysis, and Reporting.
  • Deep expertise in current state assessments, gap identification, and QA maturity modeling.
  • 4+ years in a Performance Engineering or Testing role with tools such as OpenText LoadRunner/Performance Center and JMeter.
  • Exposure to container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Strong grasp of QA methodologies, quality audits, regulatory standards, and investigation protocols.
  • Advanced data analysis and statistical evaluation capabilities.
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Define and drive enterprise QA strategy, standards, and frameworks across functional, automation, and non-functional testing.
  • Architect robust automation solutions for web, mobile, API, and backend systems using modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, RestAssured, Cypress).
  • Lead Performance Engineering and Test Data Management (TDM) practices including resiliency testing, capacity planning, and synthetic data generation.
  • Align QA transformation efforts with enterprise objectives by collaborating with Business, Dev, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Evaluate and implement tools such as Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, Tosca, and UFT based on organizational needs.
  • Champion CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices within DevOps pipelines.
  • Mentor and provide governance for globally distributed QA teams to drive standardization and excellence.
  • Monitor quality KPIs, analyze test metrics, and enable continuous improvement across all QA functions.
