OVERALL DESCRIPTION:

In this position

The PolicyOps+ Team, within the Office of General Counsel (OGC), is dedicated to enhancing organizational processes through innovative solutions, best practices, and strategic resource management. They relentlessly drive operational excellence, spark innovation, and cultivate a collaborative culture of success. In 2025, PolicyOps+ will focus its attention on Knowledge Management - to create, capture, organize and leverage organizational knowledge to allow OGC and the Policy organizations to scale.

IT Corporate Staffs is looking for a truly full-stack Senior Software Engineer to build MVP IT solutions to support the PolicyOps+ Knowledge Management mission and help to craft the new IT strategy for Enterprise Matter Management, Document Management, e-Billing, e-Discovery, and Contact Lifecycle Management. He/she/they will collaborate directly with business partners, architecture teams, and development teams to identify and develop best-fit IT applications and AI solutions to drive efficiency, quality, and accuracy for end-users.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work independently and produce MVPs to prove the value of a hypothesis
  • Quickly develop and deliver quality, functional code using test driving development (TDD) and agile methodologies
  • Lead experiments/proof of concepts (POCs) to determine the viability of new IT products and AI solutions
  • Research/evaluate external IT products and Al solutions in the market
  • Integrate new applications and AI solutions with existing OGC applications
  • SPII & PII data handling, migration, governance and encryption
  • Work well in a collaborative manner with an experienced team of business customers
Qualifications

You'll have

EXPERIENCE:
  • Required: REST APIs development, UI/Frontend development, Reporting/Dashboard development
  • Preferred: AI solution integration, GCP development and deployment
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Even better, you may have
  • Experience working in a quick-paced, exploratory environment
  • Experience with Design Thinking
  • Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools/Solutions - Strong oral communication skills - Self-motivated and creative
