Enterprise Technical Lead with Security Clearance

Job Title: Enterprise Technical Lead Location: Manassas, VA Eligibility/Clearance: Top Secret Our client is looking for a leader of a technical team, to operate and
grow an advanced enterprise Government, high value asset system, based
at a modern, program-operated data center facility in Manassas, VA. The
Enterprise Technical Lead will be responsible for all aspects of system
design, engineering, enterprise maturity, security, 24/7 operations, and
technical communications with the customer. Technical skills are a must, but just as important is the enjoyment of
communicating with your team, within the program team, and with the
Government customer. Presentation skills, both verbal and written are
critical, as you need to be able to sell your audience on your ideas and
demonstrate your mastery of the proposed solutions. The Enterprise Technical Lead is responsible for the day-to-day
operation of the systems and facilities located in a modern commercial
data center in Manassas. The team has built out first-class
administrative office space and a TOC where the Operations Team you lead
is based. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or an
additional 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects
with similar technologies - Ten (10)+ years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects
with similar technologies and with managing similar key personnel
types - Five (5)+ years of experience designing, implementing and operating
PKI-related programs in commercial or federal sectors - Active Top Secret Clearance - US citizenship required - Active CISSP Certification - Solid Red Hat Linux Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
present and comprehend technical details clearly. - Understanding of how to support a FISMA Moderate/High ATO
environment with quarterly POA&Ms, compliance audits, routine OMB,
NIST, and CISA data calls and guidance. - Experience with a 24/7 SLA support role On call rotation required for the weekend and as needed.
