Enterprise Supplier Management Analyst , you will play a vital role in managing and governing key vendor relationships to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and performance improvement. You will oversee supplier adherence to contractual obligations, monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and drive strategic supplier initiatives. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into the operations of one of North America's largest healthcare plans while fostering strong internal and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Tier 2 supplier governance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and performance expectations.
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews with critical enterprise suppliers and executive leaders annually.
- Evaluate supplier market trends and implement the industry's best practices.
- Administer Balanced Scorecard evaluations to measure supplier satisfaction and initiate improvements.
- Oversee SLA monitoring, remediation processes, and penalty enforcement for non-compliance.
- Drive supplier innovation and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead monthly governance meetings with suppliers to track performance and discuss strategic improvements.
- Handle issue resolution, escalation management, and supplier risk assessments.
- Facilitate invoice oversight and resolution.
- Monitor compliance, audit support, and contingency planning efforts.
- Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) are in place and tested.
- Conduct annual contract review and recommend enhancements.
- Perform location assessments for suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Risk Management, Privacy, Audit, Finance, Legal, and Information Security to streamline supplier processes.
Required:- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field OR 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier interactions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of vendor management best practices in performance tracking, risk assessment, compliance, and audits.
- Experience in project management and supplier negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred:- Knowledge of Healthcare organization and insurance industry.
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range : $30.00- $32.00- per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
