Your Role: As an Enterprise Solutions Architect within the Wealth and Operations team, you will collaborate with a group of Architects to support Client Products and Services, Operational Enablement, Investment Management, and Trading Portfolios. You'll partner with Agile delivery teams to design and deliver innovative solutions, sharing expertise and best practices with your peers while helping shape future project roadmaps alongside Product Managers within DPM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promote the adoption of architectural patterns, design policies, and code quality across projects.
- Assist Agile Delivery teams in building effective solutions by applying Agile methodology, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders including Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security.
- Collaborate with support teams and business leaders to advocate for technical enhancements and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in designing and building large-scale enterprise solutions.
- 5+ years in domain modeling, system design, cloud architectures, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, cloud environments, and data storage solutions.
- Hands-on experience with technologies like Kafka for resilient systems.
- Proficient with observability tools such as Splunk or Grafana.
What Makes You Stand Out: - Experience with distributed caching and data replication patterns.
- Background in Financial Services technology and vendor solutions.
- Familiarity with financial products, trading, and document management.
Please note: This job is also listed internally as a Technical Architect.
Candidates should be within commutable distance to our offices in Tempe, AZ, or St. Louis, MO, and are expected to work onsite three days a week, preferably Tuesday through Thursday.
