As our Enterprise Software Product Manager, you will take charge of the vision, strategy, and execution for cutting-edge enterprise web and mobile applications in the realm of real-time 3D positioning solutions. This dynamic role involves close collaboration with engineering, business, and customer success teams to shape product development, prioritize initiatives, and drive innovative change. Your mission is to enhance user adoption, define effective product workflows, and ensure scalability and flexibility across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing software applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to prioritize initiatives that maximize customer value and improve adoption rates.
  • Convert customer feedback and market insights into actionable product requirements that deliver value across various industries and user personas.
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to identify the latest trends, opportunities, and potential threats in positioning technology.
  • Refine user workflows to optimize engagement, efficiency, and overall usability.
  • Work alongside UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Act as an advocate for customer needs while ensuring that the product is adaptable across different industries and business models.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept through to launch, guaranteeing timely delivery of impactful features.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics to assess success, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate based on user behavior.
  • Partner with customer success teams to enhance onboarding experiences, minimize friction, and boost long-term customer retention.
  • Integrate data privacy and security considerations into product design, particularly vital for location-based technology.
  • Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap shifts, and new features to both internal and external stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud-based applications.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data, customer feedback, and market trends to make strategic product decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to clearly define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Expertise in product prioritization frameworks and methodologies for effectively navigating competing priorities.
  • Ability to drive UI/UX enhancements by partnering with designers to improve usability.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Direct experience engaging with customers to identify workflows, pain points, and desired features.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to rally teams around a shared vision.
  • A record of balancing technical limitations with business needs to drive effective product choices.
  • A proven track record in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and lead by example without direct authority.
