Executive Summary: HRUCKUS seeks an Enterprise Services Engineer (MS Exchange & S-NET) for a role supporting the Department of the Navy in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Position Description: The Enterprise Services Engineer (MS Exchange & S-NET) must have experience developing and implementing IT architecture plans, Enterprise Information Architecture standards and guidelines, system development methodologies, and strategic plans.
Position Job Duties:
- Provides technical leadership guidance and expertise in implementing and managing enterprise information/data management practices, particularly within the Microsoft Exchange ecosystem.
- Proficient in Microsoft Exchange Server, including on-premises and hybrid configurations, and related technologies like Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 services.
- Possesses strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues within the Exchange environment
- Participates in the architecture, design, and implementation of Exchange architectures, including migrations, integrations, and new deployments
- Develops and executes PowerShell scripts for automating routine tasks and improving operational efficiency

- Creates and maintains documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support the Exchange environment
- Experience with data modeling, data dictionaries, metadata management, and data governance processes
- Knowledge of IT architecture principles, standards, and guidelines
- Experience in leading and participating in information/data management projects
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the Exchange environment and implements solutions to enhance performance and reliability
Position Qualifications:
