About the Role

We're seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative to who will create and own our entire sales strategy-everything from implementing the right sales tools and processes to prospecting and closing deals.


Your goal is to drive new business for our visual design agency who serves enterprise-level brands in the San Francisco Bay Area.


The role will be responsible for identifying and securing enterprise clients, positioning Snack Bar as the go-to agency for high-impact digital design solutions.


This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with excellent relationship-building skills and a proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales.


This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Bay Area, CA, who can attend in-person client meetings and events as needed.


Occasional travel outside of the Bay Area will also be required.

Snack Bar is a digital design studio located in Santa Rosa, CA. We are trusted by large enterprise clients to deliver high-impact visual designs that drive downloads, engagement, and growth.


What You'll Do

  • Establish a Sales Foundation: Implement the tools, processes, and best practices needed to manage leads and opportunities (including CRM selection).
  • Drive New Business: Identify and target enterprise clients in the tech sector (and beyond), aligning our design services with their needs.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: From lead generation to contract negotiation and close, you'll do it all-and define how we do it moving forward.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our design and leadership teams to create compelling pitches and proposals for high-value enterprise clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Set measurable KPIs and ensure we have the right reporting structures in place (e.g., setting up dashboards or ad-hoc tracking solutions).
  • Scaling the Sales Function: As we grow, you'll help build and mentor a broader sales team or collaborate with external partners to maximize our reach.
  • Join The Community: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish connections.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in creative, marketing, or digital services.
  • Strong existing network in the Bay Area (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively pursue new opportunities.

What We Offer


$200K On-Target Earnings (OTE) with a 60:40 base/commission split:


  • Base Salary: $120K
  • Commission: $80K at target, with a 10% rate on new business up to $800K
  • Accelerator: 15% commission on any revenue beyond $800K (uncapped earnings potential)
